We have always believed in developing well–rounded players. To be successful in the game of basketball, you need to posses the skills to play any position. At Rock Solid, we train you to be multidimensional, MENTAL GAME STRONG™ on and off the court, and push you to maximize your potential.
WHAT WE DO
We're a Basketball Training Academy located in Orange County, California. We train Professional NBA Athletes and Collegiate to Youth Basketball Players through our top-level training programs.
Our story began in 1998, when Joe Ballestero began Rock Solid Basketball Academy. For close to 20 years, he trained successful individuals on and off the court. He created Rock Solid to spend time with his family; giving his kids a place to learn the game that they love, while teaching them how to be an even better person off the court.
As time passed, word spread about the success of Rock Solid. His athletes were breaking records. Orange County locals loved what was happening and the Rock Solid community grew into what we are today.
Rock Solid has always believed that the game of basketball is 90% mental. Our goal is to help each player achieve their athletic potential by improving their skills, physical ability, and mental strength.
